It is situated next to Javea Golf club and a few minutes drive from the popular blue flagged beach of the Arenal in Javea and Moraira.
There is a large open park area opposite the front of the house providing wonderful mountain views.
The villa comprises of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all with showers or bath.
Bedroom 1 - Poolside view with large patio doors out onto terrace and pool area, has a king size bed and an en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 - Woodland view has a super king size bed or 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
Bedroom 3 - Poolside view with large patio doors onto terrace and pool area, with King sized bed and a private bathroom.
There are marble floors throughout with electric shutters on the large windows. Air-conditioning in every bedroom moderate usage is included in the villa rental charge. .

The large 10 x 5 pool has roman steps and is sloped and has steps at the deep end.
There is a large outdoor kitchen/barbeque and bar area built at the side of the pool with fridge/freezer, shower and toilet / changing room. This also provides shade for eating as do the large terraces around the villa.
There are restaurants within walking distance and a large Mas y Mas supermarket five minutes drive away.

The lounge and dining area is furnished in a very comfortable and modern style. There is a large open fireplace with a log-burner for the winter, giving a warm and cosy feeling to the whole house. The triple aspect windows in the lounge have mosquito blinds which allow you to open the windows at night to keep the house cool. The villa is equipped to provide maximum comfort and includes Satellite TV and radio, DVD player, CD player, board games and books for your use.
The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests when extended if you prefer to eat inside.
There are three double bedrooms (one en-suite) and the house bathroom on this level.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a very large white marble en-suite plus a private terrace and patio area for total relaxation. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms on this floor have built in wardrobes, air conditioning and mosquito nets for your comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, separate hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher together with a full range of crockery and cutlery for indoor and outdoor dining. Adjoining the kitchen is a large utility room housing a washing machine and an additional fridge/freezer.
From the back door, there is access to the upper and middle terraces; both provide large areas to sit, eat and drink together whilst enjoying the stunning views and sunsets across the valley. A BBQ is provided for guests who enjoy a night in and eating 'al fresco'.
On the lower level, there is a separate large bedroom with a king size bed plus a shower room . There is also an additional large fridge/freezer in which to keep drinks and ice creams for around the pool.
The villa boasts a fabulous, private 8x4 swimming pool with Roman steps. A large private terrace surrounds the pool and is furnished with many comfortable sun beds and umbrellas to provide shade if required and a table and chairs to relax around the pool. The pool area is gated for the safety of young children.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful auto-sensor external lighting which creates a wonderful ambience on an evening and the pool is also lit for late night swims.
For your security the windows are double-glazed and have electric blinds in the lounge, master bedroom and downstairs apartment. All windows have iron grids for additional safety.

Welcome to Vista Del Mar - A 2 bedroomed villa which sleeps 7 people (4 in bedrooms, 1 with the fold up bed and 2 in the sofa bed) and has fabulous views overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Located on the eastern tip of Spain in Cumbre Del Sol close to Alicante. Be the first to greet the sun every morning as it rises majestically over the calm waters of the Mediterranean
Before entering the villa you will find a chill out area with rustic furniture. A perfect area to escape from the summer heat or enjoy a few games.
On entering the villa on the ground floor through the hall you will find a cloakroom. The hall leads through to the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to include a dishwasher and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. In the lounge you can get Spanish and German television.
Keep going and you arrive at a further sitting room, a perfect area for enjoying a drink overlooking the spectacular view of the Mediterranean. There is an air conditioning unit which serves this floor.
There is a spiral staircase leading to the lower ground floor where you will find two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a walk in wardrobe and a spacious utility area.
Going through to the utility area you will find a walk in wardrobe with even more hanging space and shelving providing plenty of storage for clothes, luggage and pool toys and so on. The utility area has 2 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer.
A fold up bed, sofa bed and a cot are all available, please ask when booking if you require bedding for these.
Outside is the south facing terrace furnished with sunbeds, dining furniture and a barbeque and sink area. The terrace offers marvellous panoramic views over the sea and pool area. On a sunny day you can see Ibiza on the horizon.
The kidney shaped swimming pool is 4 x 8 meters and there is an outdoor shower. The deep end of the pool is approximately 2 meters deep.
With the nearest beach located 2.5km and the coastal resorts of Javea and Moraira at approx 9km and 8km respectively Vista Del Mar makes for a perfect holiday location. There is a local supermarket located on Cumbre del Sol which is just a few minutes drive away from the property.
This villa has heating so is ideal for winter holiday lets.
There is a covered parking space and plenty of off road parking.
Please note our other property "Casa Del Mar" is next door so these two villas are ideal for larger groups who wish to holiday together.
The south facing villa has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, well proportioned and spacious. The both bedrooms have double beds and the sofa bed in living room can accommodate one person. Modern and clean , it is ideal for a family or couples. One bedroom has on suite bathroom and the shower room is located centrally in the corridor. The villa is nicely secluded with beautiful views towards sea and mountains above it. There is peace and privacy on the pool terrace, the pool is standard size kidney shaped with few steps at the shallow end. The terrace furniture and of course GAS BBQ . The best thing is that the beach is less than 1 km away and local supermarket, hairdressers, Spanish bar are in a walking distance. If you bring your own lap top the internet WI-FI is available, so if necessary,you can keep in contact with your friends or work load.
This part of Spain was recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. There are many local fiestas which take place during the year and visitors are made most welcome. On fiesta days, the towns are transformed to one big weekly local market where you can buy a wide range of items, from vegetables to small furniture. The street parties and running bulls to the sea , this buzzing atmosphere needs to be experienced.
If you enjoy playing golf, there are 13 excellent clubs on the Costa Blanca with 4 of them around the Cumbre Del Sol area. There is also an excellent tennis club at the foot of Cumbre, with open house sessions for visitors every Monday and Friday.

The apartment has partial sea views and also overlooks the pool, which is surrounded by spacious, landscaped sun-bathing terraces for exclusive use by the residents/guests of the Pueblo de la Paz community.. The pool is ideal for children with gently sloping access and a baby area. Tennis courts are 2 mins walk.
Also within walking distance are further restaurants & bars (one with its own swimming pool), a well-stocked supermarket & a pharmacy. The beautiful, secluded beach on Cumbre del Sol (2 mins drive) has a beach bar and a restaurant - which are open until late in the evening in the summer months.

There are two bedrooms - 1 double and a triple (bunk beds and a single bed) - both beautifully fitted with plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms have double doors leading onto "juliet" balconies, and the master bedroom has lovely views over the pool.
The well equipped kitchen is open plan, and has a coffee machine in addition to the equipment listed. A utility cupboard houses the washing machine. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath, basin & WC. The dining terrace has a table & chairs (seats 4), a parasol, 4 sun chairs, and has partial sea views plus spectacular views over the pool.
Access to the huge, free-form pool is directly opposite, and free WI-FI internet access and sun-beds are available at the pool bar/restaurant. There are lifeguards at the pool during the summer months.
The apartment is situated on a quiet road, and there is parking right outside the property.
SMOKING is not permitted inside the apartment, but allowed on the terrace.
